Pass/Fail Summary
OK Human-led scripting + 20+ real dynamic clips + consistent metadata.
NO Static-photo stitching, repetitive templates, misleading thumbnails/titles, major channel pivoting.

1) Non-negotiables (Quality & Compliance)

  • Use 20+ dynamic clips per video; keep quality throughout.
  • Avoid low-value visuals: stitched static photos, heavy effect stacking, looping only 3–5 clips.
  • AI can assist, but the script and planning must be human-led.
  • Thumbnail/title/description must match real footage and actual content.
  • No major channel pivoting (e.g., Film → Vlog). It may be treated as account trading.

2) Pre-production Checklist

  1. Confirm rights documentation for every film/series and store it with the project.
  2. Select 20+ unique dynamic clips sourced from real scenes (avoid near-duplicates).
  3. Outline the story beats and pacing; make the visuals evolve through the whole video.
  4. Prepare a thumbnail from real footage; never add celebrities or IP characters not present.
  5. Draft compliant metadata: no misleading tags (e.g., “4K”, “Latest”, “2026”).
  6. Add EDSA context in description (Educational/Documentary/Scientific/Artistic).
  7. If mature themes exist, proactively set Age-Restricted for mature audiences.

3) Shot Template (Recommended Structure)

Segment Goal Shot Requirements Notes
Hook (0–10s) Establish value fast 5–7 fast dynamic clips from real scenes; no looping; keep quality high. Avoid misleading montage not reflected later.
Intro (10–25s) Set context On-screen title + short narration; show the film category/topic clearly. Script must be human-led (AI may assist).
Beat Blocks (main body) Tell a story with evolving scenes Split into 4–8 blocks; each block uses different scene sets; total 20+ clips. No template-like repetition; viewers must feel unique value.
Recap & CTA Close and guide next action Use real shots + concise summary; end screen elements. Keep it aligned with the video promise.
Visual Composition Rules
  • Maintain high quality from start to end; do not “front-load” quality.
  • Avoid heavy reused effects; visuals must evolve naturally.
  • Do not build videos mainly from static photos.
  • If using music, ensure uniqueness and keep clear copyright proof.
Repetitive Content Triggers
  • Identical source files are detected via Content ID/fingerprints.
  • Too many near-identical videos (templates/robotic narration/mass production) trigger monetization review.
  • Using others’ content without original commentary or narrative is high risk even if licensed.

4) Metadata Pack (Title / Thumbnail / Description)

Correct Incorrect
  • Use thumbnails and titles sourced from real footage and real scenes.
  • Do not use “4K / Full HD / Latest / 2026” as clickbait or deceptive labels.
  • Do not use celebrities, Disney/cartoon IP characters, or any bait elements not present in the video.
  • Avoid batch-generated lookalike thumbnails; high similarity may be flagged as repetitive.
  • Add EDSA context in description to reduce misclassification risk.
Example Titles
“City Night Chase | Crime Thriller Highlights”
“A Soldier’s Moral Choice | War Drama Story Beats”
“Mystery Unfolds in the First Act | Suspense Film Recap”
Thumbnail Checklist
  • Single clear moment from the film
  • No unrelated characters or objects
  • No misleading quality/year labels
Description Template
EDSA context: Educational/Documentary/Scientific/Artistic\nRights statement: Licensed content; use within authorized scope\nDisclaimer: Thumbnails/titles reflect real footage; no misleading elements

5) Child Safety Pack

Strictest Red Line

Even if your audience is not kids, using kid characters mixed with adult themes can trigger Child Safety systems.

  • Never use famous cartoon IP characters (Spider-Man, Hulk, Disney Princesses, etc.) in mature themes.
  • Proactively set Age-Restricted for mature audiences when needed.
  • Add EDSA context in description to reduce scene misclassification.

6) Rights & Upload Review

  • Keep full rights documentation for every film/series.
  • For music usage, non-exclusive licenses are not enough; remix/re-edit to ensure uniqueness on YouTube.
  • AI-generated music must have permanent commercial use rights; keep clear copyright proof.
  • Discuss any music uploads with SPM first and upload only after approval.
Channel Expansion Requirements
  • All channels must be YPP-qualified for 30+ days.
  • No active YouTube policy strikes on any channel.
  • Do not casually unlink existing channels to create new ones.

7) Violation Handling

A structured five-step flow for every detected anomaly.
  1. Detection: CMS/YouTube detects anomalies (strike/flag/review).
  2. Notice & Fix: issue list and remediation deadline are provided.
  3. Remediation: fully fix all problematic videos and operational practices.
  4. Review: confirm whether CMS risk has been eliminated.
  5. Termination: if unresolved or recurring, cooperation is terminated and CMS unlinked.
Termination Triggers (Examples)
  • Active YouTube policy strike received.
  • YPP eligibility removed by system.
  • Channel terminated/banned by YouTube.
  • Large volume flagged by Content Review.
  • Repeated violations without remediation.
  • More than 3 strikes within 30 days without successful appeal.
