We are committed to establishing a stable and long-term partnership with our creators. Compliance is the foundation of our cooperation. We place absolute priority on CMS security, and strictly require that all content must comply with copyright laws and regulations and the YouTube Community Guidelines.
II. Content Compliance and Exclusive Originality Requirements
Zero-tolerance towards content infringement. Any non-compliance will jeopardize channel safety and long-term revenue.
1. 100% Exclusive Original Content
HighCooperative content must guarantee 100% originality, be exclusive for our cooperation, and must not reuse existing materials.
2. Strict Prohibition of Infringing Content
SevereUnauthorized, non-original content, or content that infringes upon any third-party's intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
Statement of Severe Consequences
A breach constitutes a material breach under the Cooperation Agreement. The breaching party bears all legal liabilities, including full compensation to iMerl Network and third parties. We reserve the right to terminate immediately and withhold payment of any outstanding balance.
III. Compliance Management and Liability for Violations
To maintain the health of the CMS system and the long-term interests of our partners, the following violations will be strictly penalized in accordance with the Supplementary Agreement to the Cooperation Agreement.

| Channel with Copyright or Community Warning/Strike (Unresolved) | Resolve within 10 calendar days. Unresolved: $10,000 fine. |
| Monetization disabled | Submit an appeal within 5 calendar days. Delayed or unsuccessful appeal: $5,000 fine. |
| Repeated violations causing appeal impossibility / Severe infringement | $10,000 fine + immediate cooperation termination. |
| Use of non-exclusive music content | $10,000 fine. If this also constitutes a material breach, it will be handled under Clause II. |
IV. Channel Revocation
If a new channel provided to a creator remains inactive for 1 month, we will reclaim the channel.
