Synopsis

Violence takes over a city subsequent to a police inspector being fired for acts of violence on the job. However, the Police Commissioner must face the fact that the former rogue cop is the only one who can successfully challenge the Mafia. Back on the job, the no nonsense shoot-first crime fighter takes on the mob his way, and that includes showing no mercy!
